Our Collaborative Care model makes behavioral health care more accessible for those who need it most. As a Bilingual Behavioral Health Care Manager, you will be part of a team that is working to advance health equity for vulnerable patients.

Reporting to the Supervisory Behavioral Health Care Manager, you would be assigned to work onsite at one or more of our safety-net primary care clinics. As a team member within the Collaborative Care model, you would support primary care providers by identifying, treating and tracking patients with common behavioral health problems such as depression and anxiety.
